We have recently transitioned to a brand new website and we hope you are enjoying it as much as we are. There are some pages that require you to be verified with our credentialing secretary in order to be able to receive your account information to access these pages. If you had a login from our old website, you will need to create a new account and be re-verified for website access.
This is a simple process; all you need to do is click on the Register button and enter in your preferred username and the e-mail that the credentialing secretary has on file. Once you submit this request, the secretary will verify you with their records and approve your account. Upon approval, you will receive an e-mail with your temporary password that you can later change in your account settings. Return to the login page and you will be able to access protected documents.
